Runnin Scared Outfitters & Guide Service began as a hobby at the age of ten and is becoming my life-long dream of starting and operating my own business.

Driven by a desire for success my educational background in the areas of business and communication have given me the skills necessary to prosper in this business endeavor.

Nestled between the Sierra Anchas and the Matzatzal Wilderness areas lies the basin of Tonto.  At an elevation of 2800 feet, the basin was first home to the Salado Indians.  Today the Basin has become home to approximately 2500 full time residents and is the gateway to a hunting and fishing  paradise.

Theodore Roosevelt Lake is 5 miles south and is chock full of large and smallmouth bass, crappie, channel and flathead catfish.  It offers the Arizona fisherman a variety of sporting opportunities.

The high country above Picture Mountain begins 10 miles to the Northeast and offers bear, mountain lion, deer, elk and javelina hunting.

We provide guided hunts for deer, elk, bear, mountain lion, javelina, quail, dove, other small game as well as fish of all Arizona varieties.

The Meaning of Work

As I have traveled the path of education, I have come to realize that work is a means to an end, in my case, a successful and fulfilled life.  I have gained the values of working hard, getting started early, sharing my knowledge and providing the best possible product for all of my potential customers.  Work can be enjoyable when doing something that you love.
